Attempt to reverse-engineer, overwhelm, or disrupt our distributed server infrastructure.

3. Intellectual Property Rights & Ownership

You retain 100% full ownership and intellectual property rights to all files and documents you upload or process through PDFDunia. We claim zero ownership, license, or distribution rights over your content.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. While we maintain a 99.99% uptime SLA and employ rigorous validation engines, PDFDunia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from document conversion errors or service interruptions.
